Privacy Policy

People tell me things at 2am they wouldn’t say to most people in daylight. That’s the nature of this work, and it means I take what you share here more seriously than the average business takes a customer’s email address. Here’s exactly what I collect, why, and what happens to it.
What Actually Gets Collected
If you reach out or book a call: your name, your email, and whatever you choose to write in a message. If you sign up for the free 7-Day Sleep Reset guide: your name and email, so I can actually send it to you.
If you just browse: the ordinary technical trail every site picks up — what pages you looked at, roughly where in the world you are, how you found the site. Nothing precise, nothing identifying beyond the basics most analytics tools collect automatically.
If you book a discovery call: that happens through Calendly, and the call itself runs on Zoom. Both of those have their own privacy policies governing their side of things — worth a look if you want the full picture on how they specifically handle data.
What Never Gets Collected
No medical records. No diagnoses. Nothing beyond what you tell me yourself, in an actual conversation. I’m not a medical provider, and this was never built to be a medical file.
What I Actually Do With It
I use it to reply to you, to run our calls and sessions, and to send the guide plus the occasional related email (easy to unsubscribe from, always). That’s the whole list. I don’t sell it. I don’t hand it off to anyone else’s marketing list.
Where It Lives
Whatever you give me sits inside the tools that run this business — my website host, my scheduling and email tools, Zoom. I’ve chosen providers with reasonable security standards, but I’ll say what every honest business should say: no system online is bulletproof against every possible risk.
What’s Actually Yours
You can ask, any time, what I have on file about you. You can ask me to fix it or delete it entirely. Reach out through the contact page and I’ll handle it — no hoops, no stalling.

The Cookie Situation
Small files, standard stuff — they help the site function and let me see general traffic patterns. Turn them off in your browser if you’d rather; the site will mostly still work, just slightly less smoothly.
If This Page Changes
I’ll update the date at the top whenever something meaningful shifts in how I handle your information. Worth a glance back occasionally if that matters to you.
Ask Me Anything
If any of this is unclear, or you want more detail than I’ve given here, use the Contact page . I’d rather explain it than have you wonder.
